Rules

By Paying to use Maxx K9 Academy LLC Dog Walking Field, you acknowledge that you agree to the site rules, terms, and conditions. Maxx K9 Academy LLC does not accept any liability from any accident, injury, or misadventure to property, persons, or animals, however caused while using this facility.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your allocated time slot to minimize traffic and allow the previous client to have left the site.

When leaving, please be ready to leave at the your allocated time to limit distruption to the next clients arrival.

The membership is specific and cannot be transferred.

The member shall take every precaution necessary to minimize noise and shall be kept at an acceptable level to ensure that neighbors are not disrupeted.

All persons and dogs, and their property, are there at their own risk, and Maxx K9 Academy does not accept any liability for damage and/or loss of property.

Please be aware that if you or your dog(s) sustain injury, you must agree to cover any personnal expenses or veterinary fees pertaining to you and your dog(s). Maxx K9 Academy will not accept any liability for the injury or death of any person(s) or dogs(s) while using our facility.

Please take all waste with you.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

All dogs must be current on vaccinations.
